Background

Concentric was retained by a prominent regional property management company to conduct an asbestos materials survey of two commercial properties on Lambton Mall Road in Sarnia, Ontario. The purpose of the survey was to determine the type, location, and condition of asbestos-containing materials present within the buildings.

Approach & Methodology

Policies of a large lease holder dictated that an asbestos survey be completed to comply with their health and safety plan. Concentric coordinated and executed the field work in a manner that provided the least disruption to retail outlets during business hours.

Subsequent to this assessment, Concentric was retained to complete an Asbestos Management Plan of one of the plazas containing asbestos materials in accordance with Ontario Regulation 278/05.
