Concentric was retained to provide engineering consulting services for the proposed roof replacement of the Lakewood Civic Centre in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

Approach & Methodology

Concentric’s scope of services for this project included:
 Structural assessment of the existing roof for live load capacity.
 Confirmation of existing roof assembly.
 Design of a fall arrest system and standard operating procedures.
 Design development, tender and contract document preparation.
 Construction cost estimates, bid review, site review and contract administration services during construction.
