Approach & Methodology

Concentric was retained as prime consultant, oversaw all disciplines and provided all structural engineering in house. From conception to completion, Concentric handled all administrative, design, regulatory and construction obligations.

Key Challenges

Revisions to the Ontario Building Code for seismic requirements, coupled with a robust seismic review process by the City of Ottawa required a substantial time committment for the lateral component of the design.
